This treatment targets both. Ceramide alpha, Kao's proprietary lipid-sealing ingredient, is formulated here at a higher concentration than in the standard THE ANSWER treatment, working to rebuild the hair's protective barrier. Lanolin fatty acid, also at high concentration in this variant, delivers deep moisture and softness to strands that have become coarse from repeated processing.
