US Shipping
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Please note that processing times may be extended during sale periods due to higher order volume.
How long does delivery take?
Standard orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the ship date. Express orders are delivered within 2–3 business days from the ship date. Please note that order processing times are not included in these estimates. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may take 4–6 weeks via standard shipping.
Will I be charged sales tax?
US sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and applied at checkout.
Can I expedite my order?
At this time, we are unable to offer expedited shipping. We're working on adding this option in the future.
Which carriers do you use?
Depending on your shipping destination, orders are shipped via DHL or USPS. We are unable to designate a specific carrier for your shipment.
When will my tracking information update?
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to most PO boxes within the United States.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, or US territories?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states and US territories via standard shipping. Please note that orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and offshore territories may take 4–6 weeks to deliver. Express shipping is available on all US orders for $13.99.
Will I be charged customs or tariff fees?
No customs or tariff fees — all orders ship directly from within the United States.
Canada Shipping
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes! We ship to Canada. All orders ship from our fulfillment center in the United States.
How long does Canada delivery take?
Canadian orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on your location and customs processing times.
Will I be charged duties or customs fees on my Canadian order?
Duties and taxes for Canadian orders are calculated based on your order total and shipping destination. These fees are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Any duties or taxes incurred are non-refundable through Yukio Beauty.
Orders
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, which means we are generally unable to make changes once an order is submitted. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@yukiobeauty.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our fulfillment center within the United States.
