We want you to love everything you receive from Yukio Beauty. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at hello@yukiobeauty.com and we'll guide you through the process. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions to send your package to:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@yukiobeauty.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: opened beauty and personal care products, final sale items, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, hazardous materials, and gift cards. Not sure if your item qualifies? Just ask.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The same condition requirements apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, reach out at hello@yukiobeauty.com.
