What's Your Skin Type?

What’s Your Skin Type?
Let’s figure it out together.
Your skin type is the starting point for building a routine that actually works. This isn’t about putting you in a box — it’s about understanding what your skin naturally leans toward, so we can support it.
Step 1: Clean Slate
Wash your face with a gentle cleanser.
Pat dry.
Now wait one hour — no skincare, no makeup, no touching.
This gives your skin time to reset and reveal what it really needs.
Step 2: Check In with Your Skin
After an hour, head to the mirror and take a moment. How does your skin feel? How does it look?
🌿 Normal / Balanced
- Skin feels calm, not tight or oily
- No dry patches or shiny spots
- Pores aren’t very noticeable
🧴 Your skin’s naturally balanced — lucky you. Keep it supported, not stripped.
🫧 Oily
- Skin looks shiny, especially on your forehead, nose, and chin
- Pores are more visible
- You may be breakout-prone
💡 Your skin is producing extra oil — but it still needs moisture, just the right kind.
🧊 Dry
- Skin feels tight or rough
- You might see flakes or dullness
- Pores look smaller
🥛 Your skin is thirsty. Hydration and barrier care are your best friends.
🌗 Combination
- T-zone (forehead, nose, chin) feels oily
- Cheeks feel normal or dry
- Different areas behave differently
🔄 This is the most common skin type. You might need to mix and match formulas.
🍃 Sensitive
- Skin feels reactive — stings, burns, or turns red easily
- Often reacts to strong actives or fragrances
- May feel warm or itchy
🫶 Handle with care. Your skin loves calm, fragrance-free formulas.
Want to Double Check?
Try the blotting paper test:
Gently press blotting paper to different parts of your face
- No oil? Likely dry
- Oil in the T-zone? Combination
- Oil all over? Oily
- Just a little? Normal
