A Japanese dual-phase eye makeup remover from Mandom's Bifesta line, formulated to dissolve waterproof mascara, eyeliner, and lip makeup without rubbing or tugging.

The formula separates into two visible layers: a water-based micellar layer containing cleansing ingredients, and an oil-based emollient layer that lifts and wraps oil-based makeup. When shaken together before use, the two phases combine to form a gentle cleansing solution that dissolves waterproof formulas on contact, so there's no need to rub or press repeatedly on the delicate eye area. Vitamin B derivative (panthenol) and Vitamin E derivative (tocopheryl acetate) provide moisturizing support for the skin and lashes during and after removal. The formula is fragrance-free, colorant-free, and preservative-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin and contact lens wearers (remove lenses before use).
